In most clinics, the primary diagnosis is made by a therapist; he conducts an examination, collects an anamnesis and, if liver problems are found, directs the patient to a gastroenterologist or hepatologist. The gastroenterologist checks the functioning of the digestive tract because the liver is an organ that greatly influences digestion. Most often, the diagnosis is made by this specialist. Not all medical institutions have a hepatologist, although it is he who deals with the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the hepatobiliary system (liver, gall bladder, and ducts), for example, hepatitis or cirrhosis.
We have developed methods and algorithms for constructing intelligent diagnostic systems based on hybrid neural networks.
To achieve that goal, the following tasks have been done:
- A two-tier hierarchical structure of the intellectual diagnostic systems based on hybrid neural networks has been explored;
- A method of structural and parametric synthesis of hybrid neural networks for intelligent diagnostic systems has been developed;
-The number and topology of hybrid neural networks that will be part of the ensemble of classifiers has been optimally determined;
- A method of structural-parametric synthesis of a classifier ensemble by hybrid neural networks of deep learning has been developed.
